Some noticeable things in Puerto Princesa:
they have trashcans even small canisters everywhere to prevent littering
a citizen can actually arrest you for littering
they collect trash twice a day and the biodegradable ones are brought to a landfill where the water from them is filtered and thrown back into the sea
they have a CCTV at their major intersections
the major public utility...
